New Grant: Workshop on Data Science for Global Health

DIGHR has been awarded a Planning Grant from CIHR-IPPH (Canada) to convene a workshop on data science for global and humanitarian health.

The Dahdaleh Institute for Global Health Research has been awarded a CIHR-IPPH Planning and Dissemination Grant in order to convene a workshop on how data science can be used to support global and humanitarian health programs.

The workshop, to be convened in September 2018, will bring together practitioners from leading humanitarian and global health organizations with data science researchers from York University and other southern Ontario institutions to explore collaboration on emerging data science-driven applications to support policy and programs in the global health and humanitarian sectors.
