Rebecca Babcock, MBHL
Research Assistant, Synergies of Planetary Health Research Initiative
Rebecca Babcock is the Research Assistant for Synergies of Planetary Health Research Initiative at the Dahdaleh Institute. She is keen to explore the interconnected nature of humans, animals, and the earth through an ethics of care lens, as well as innovative climate change communication which encourages non-state and local actors to instigate action by governments and international organisations. Rebecca hopes to pursue these research interests and continue her work in Planetary Health research through a PhD at York University’s School of Health Policy and Management.
Prior to joining the Dahdaleh Institute, Rebecca received a Master of Bioethics and Health Law from the University of Otago in New Zealand and completed her BA in English Literature and Theatre at McGill University.
