Postdoc Fellow awarded Stop TB Partnership's TB REACH grant

Jody Boffa, Postdoctoral Visiting Fellow, has been awarded one of 13 TB REACH Wave 8 grants. The grants are an initiative of the World Health Organization’s Stop TB Partnership, funded primarily by Global Affairs Canada. Jody will be running a private-public mix project for tuberculosis (TB) case detection with private providers in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. The project is based out of the Centre for Rural Health, University of KwaZulu-Natal, has the support for the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Health, and is conducted with a team entirely based in South Africa.
